Suitability

In 2018, The School of Management at Swansea University piloted two Revel titles across two modules in two semesters.

Some of the findings from the pilot include:

Engaging

74% of students agreed or strongly agreed that Revel was more engaging than any of the other resources on their degree so far

Regular assessment

88% of students said they would recommend Revel to a friend

More time learning

60% of students agreed or strongly agreed that they had spent more time reading as a result of using Revel, compared to modules on which they did not use Revel

How it works

Revel improves learning experiences – for both you and your students. It encourages ‘active learning' through interactive materials linked to assigned reading. Accessible both on and offline, and providing students with immediate feedback, Revel is ideal for use during both contact and non-contact hours.

The platform gives you the flexibility to tailor course reading to your timetable and easily set assigned chapters and frequent chapter assessments and activities – helping you identify struggling students or common misconceptions.
