Q: How much is an eTextbook subscription?
A: Each subscription includes the use of 1 eTextbook. Students subscribe for a 4-month term and can pay $10.99/mo or $43.96 upfront.
Q: How does the 4-month subscription term work?
A: An eTextbook subscription provides students with access for 4 months. Students will be charged each month until the 4-month term ends. Students can extend their subscription by selecting Extend subscription in My account before the initial term ends. .
Q: I use Revel, Mastering, or MyLab. How does Pearson+ apply to my students?
A: Pearson+ subscriptions do not include access to MyLab, Mastering, or Revel. Students should continue to purchase these platforms in the same way they’ve done in the past.
If they use MyLab or Mastering with an integrated eTextbook, they will get access to this eTextbook via Pearson+, without having to do or pay anything additional. Pearson+ access is an integrated part of their MyLab or Mastering use and now includes Pearson+ Channels with videos and practice questions organized by key course areas.
Q: How do instructors get access to Pearson+?
A: Currently, instructors can login to Pearson+ with your Pearson credentials and to see all active titles on your bookshelf. You may also request complimentary digital desk copies within our catalog. See the Digital Sampling FAQ section for more details.

Q: I use MyLab®, Mastering®, or Revel®. How does Pearson+ apply to my students?
A: Pearson+ doesn’t currently contain MyLab, Mastering, or Revel. Your students should continue to source these platforms in the same way they’ve done in the past. If you use MyLab or Mastering with an integrated eTextbook then your students will get their access to this eTextbook via Pearson+, without having to do or pay anything additional. Pearson+ access will begin as an integrated part of their MyLab or Mastering use.
I currently use digital textbooks
Q: I currently use a Pearson digital textbook. Should my students use Pearson+ to access it?
A: If you’re planning to use a Pearson text in your course — outside of a digital platform or campus-wide access program — Pearson+ is one of the easiest ways for your students to get their text. However, if your Pearson eTextbook or eBook is integrated with your LMS then Pearson+ isn’t yet a good option for your students. They should continue to source their eTextbook in the same way they’ve done in the past. If you use a Pearson digital textbook as part of an Inclusive Access program then your students should continue to source their text this way.
Q: What if I’m using a Pearson title via VitalSource, Redshelf, or another distribution partner?
A: Our titles will remain available through our distribution partners including bookstores and Inclusive Access. We’ll provide more information on any updates in the months ahead.
Bookstores will continue to carry access codes and/or print editions of Pearson texts.
